SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE | |
5 lg. sweet potatoes 1/2 stick butter Nuts, walnut 1 c. milk 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 2 tbsp. sugar 3 egg whites Boil sweet potato with skin on. Peel and mash with electric mixer. Mix in butter, nuts, sugar, nutmeg. Beat egg whites and fold in. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. About 15 minutes before done put marshmallows on top. Put in oven until golden brown on top. |
