FRESH STRAWBERRY PIE 
Crust:

1 c. Flour
1 stick butter or vegetable shortening

Combine flour and butter with pastry cutter. Press dough into pie pan with fingers. This crust cannot be rolled.

Bake at 400°F for 10 - 12 minutes until lightly brown, cool.

Filling:

4 c. Whole strawberries
1 c. Crushed Strawberries
1 1/2 c. Sugar
2 tbsp. Cornstarch
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Strawberry Gelatin
Cool Whip

Combine water, sugar, cornstarch, and crushed berries in saucepan. Heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens, but don't let it boil. Remove from heat. Stir in package of gelatin. Pour over berries in crust. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Top with cool whip.
