RHUBARB TORTE 
1 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tbsp. honey or 3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. butter
4 c. rhubarb
2 1/4 c. sugar or 1 1/8 c. honey
1/2 c. flour
Pinch of salt
4 eggs, separated
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar or 1/4 c. honey

Mix together 1 1/4 cups flour, 3 tablespoons sugar or 1 1/2 tablespoons honey and butter. Press into 9"x13" pan. Mix together rhubarb, 2 1/4 cups sugar or 1 1/8 cups honey, 1/2 cup flour and salt. Put 4 egg yolks in a cup plus milk to make 1 cup. Mix and pour over rhubarb. Pour into crust. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Beat 1/2 cup sugar or 1/4 cup honey with egg whites. Spread on torte while still hot. Return to oven to brown.
