CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE 
1 1/2 c. finely crushed creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies (18)
2 to 3 tbsp. butter, melted
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. mini chocolate chips
1 tsp. flour

Preheat oven to 300°F. Combine crumbs and butter. Press firmly on bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan or 13 x 9 baking pan.

In large mixer, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well.

In small bowl, toss together 1/2 cup chips with flour to coat. Stir into cheese mixture. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle remaining chips over top.

Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until set. Cool. Chill thoroughly. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
