COCONUT CREAM POUND CAKE 
1 c. butter
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. flour
1 c. heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. coconut

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugar in large mixing bowl. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well. Add flour and cream alternately. Beat until smooth. Blend in vanilla and fold in coconut. Bake in greased and floured 10 inch tube pan for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
