SHIRLEY'S GIFTA (YIFTA) | |
2 or 3 (16 oz.) cans cranberry sauce 2 c. soda cracker crumbs, coarsely crumbled 2 c. whipping cream 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 c. sugar 2 tbsp. melted butter 1/4 c. powdered sugar Mix sugar with cranberries. Combine butter and cracker crumbs. Whip cream and add powdered sugar and vanilla. Using a glass bowl, place layers of crumbs, cranberries and whipping cream. Repeat and refrigerate for at least 2 to 3 hours. A nice salad for the holidays. |
