HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. rice
1 onion
1 green pepper
6 med. potatoes
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. cheese, grated
1 can tomato soup
1/2 can water

Slice potatoes, put layer in bottom of pan. Cover with layer of raw hamburger followed by layer of rice, onions, pepper. Cover with grated cheese. Pour tomato soup and water over all. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour or more. Add more water if needed.
