POTATO-HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 c. raw potatoes, sliced
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese

Brown hamburger and drain. Mix soup, milk, onions, salt and pepper. Layer potatoes, soup mixture, hamburger, and cheese. Repeat layers. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours. Serves 4.
