3 eggs yolks
1 c. sugar plus 1 tbsp.
Pinch of salt
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. whipped cream (whipped)
3 egg whites
1 tbsp. vanilla
Box of vanilla wafers, crushed

Beat yolks of eggs. Add salt and sugar and lemon juice. Chill in refrigerator in tray. Beat egg whites. Add one tablespoon sugar. Fold in whipped cream (whipped) add to first mixture. Line tray with half of vanilla crushed wafers. Add custard and add more wafers on top of mixture. Chill overnight.
