SHRIMP SALAD 
2 qt. shrimp
6 boiled eggs
2 stems celery
Parsley
Mayonnaise to taste
Olive oil (if desired)
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 toes garlic
Salt & pepper to taste

Boil shrimp in salted water. Pass everything through a grinder (shrimp, eggs, garlic, celery, shallots and parsley). Add vinegar and oil, then salt and pepper to taste. Mix in mayonnaise to desired consistency.
