TURKEY BURGERS 
1 lb. ground turkey (Rafford House 1 lb. roll is best)
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. celery seed
1 med. onion, chopped fine
6-7 dashes Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1-2 dashes pepper
1-2 dashes garlic powder
1/4 tsp. parsley flakes
2 tbsp. cholesterol-free egg produce

Spray pan with Pam. Shape into patties and pan broil over medium to low heat. Good with A-1 Sauce on the burger. These burgers need to cook slowly.

You can also use this recipe with addition of tomatoes, ketchup, and 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs to make meatloaf.
