GLAZED BAKED POTATOES 
4-6 med. potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. cream or milk

Cut peeled potatoes into thin lengthwise strips. Arrange in greased baking dish. Add salt and top with dots of butter. Place covered dish in oven and bake 1 hour or until tender at 350 degrees.

For last 15 minutes of baking time, uncover and pour cream over potatoes and complete baking uncovered. The potatoes become glazed during the last 15 minutes.

NOTE: More cream may be added for a more sauce effect, or if more potatoes are needed for a meal.
