FRENCH BREAKFAST PUFFS 
FIRST GROUP:

2 c. Bisquick
4 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

SECOND GROUP:

2 tbsp. soft butter
3/4 c. milk
1 egg

3/4 c. melted butter
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix ingredients of first 2 groups separately. Then combine and stir vigorously with spoon for about 1 minute. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 to 18 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes.

Roll in melted butter. Then roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture. Serve warm. Makes 1 dozen.
