CORN RELISH 
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. mustard seed
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 tsp. red pepper sauce
2 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. onion, minced
1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn

Heat sugar, salt, celery, seed, mustard seed, vinegar, and red pepper sauce to boiling; boil 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in green pepper, onion, and corn (with liquid). Cool, cover, and refrigerate several days to blend flavors.
