FROSTY FRUIT SQUARES 
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. enriched flour
1/2 c. honey
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 beaten egg
1 (1 lb.) can fruit cocktail, drained
1 c. ripe banana slices
1/3 c. diced orange sections
1/4 c. halved maraschino cherries
1 c. heavy cream, whipped

In saucepan combine sugar, flour, honey, bring to boiling. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually stir lemon juice into egg, then blend in small amount of honey mixture. Return to remaining hot mixture. Bring to boiling, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Cool. Stir in fruits, fold in whipped cream. Pour into refrigerator tray. Freeze firm. Cut in serving size squares.
