BARBECUED MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck or round
1 c. bread crumbs
1 onion, diced
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. seasoned salt and pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Mix all together with 1/2 cup tomato sauce. Shape into individual size loaves. Place in a 9 x 13 inch pan.

SAUCE:

2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 sm. can tomato sauce

Mix and pour over meat loaves and bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
