PEACH DESSERT 
CRUST:

3/4 c. shortening, part butter
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
Salt
1 1/2 c. flour

FILLING:

6 c. peaches (8-9 lg.)
1 1/2 c. sugar
9 tbsp. flour

TOPPING:

2 egg whites
1 whole egg
1/2 c. cream
2 tbsp. sugar

Mix ingredients for crust and press in a greased 9"x13" pan. Mix ingredients for filling and pour over crust. Beat ingredients together for the topping and pour over filling. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
