CHICKEN AND NOODLES | |
1 c. chicken, cubed 2 c. cooked noodles 1/2 c. frozen peas & carrots, cooked & drained 2 env. cream of chicken cup of soup, dissolved 1 c. boiling water 1/4 tsp. celery salt or to taste Potato chips Combine all ingredients. Use as is or spoon into buttered casserole and top with a few crushed potato chips. Bake in 350 degree oven for a few minutes. The toaster oven is nice for this. |
