PETITE CHEESE CAKES 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
Vanilla wafers
1 can pie filling of your choice

Beat first five ingredients together until fluffy. Place paper cup liners in muffin tins; put 1 vanilla wafer in bottom of each cup. Fill 2/3 full with mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Do not let it get brown on top. When cool, put 1 teaspoon pie filling on top. Serves 24.
