“PIZZA POTATOES” IS IN:

PIZZA POTATOES 
Serve with roasted chicken, steamed broccoli, a garden salad and you will have a meal family and friends will remember.

4 potatoes, sliced thinly
2 cups favorite pasta sauce, or more to taste
4 tablespoons freshly grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
Sliced pepperoni

Preheat oven 375°F (350°F for glass) and coat 8x8-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Spread a few tablespoons pasta sauce over bottom of prepared baking pan.

Arrange a layer of 1/2 the sliced potatoes over sauce in bottom of pan. Spread enough sauce over potatoes to cover. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons grated Romano cheese and 1 cup Mozzarella cheese. Cover Mozzarella cheese with sliced pepperoni. Repeat layer of potatoes, sauce and end with grated Romano cheese.

Bake, covered, 1 hour or until potatoes are done. Top with remaining cup shredded Mozzarella cheese and bake until cheese has melted.
