PASTA PRIMAVERA SALAD 
2 1/2 c. (8 oz.) uncooked shell (or other) pasta
2 c. halved cherry tomatoes
1 c. broccoli flowerettes
1 c. sliced zucchini
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped green onions or Vidalia onion
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 to 3/4 c. bottled Italian dressing whisked together with 2 tbsp. mayonnaise

Cook pasta according to directions. Drain and rinse. Combine with rest of ingredients. Chill and serve. If salad seems too dry, just add a bit more dressing. Serves 6-8.
