HEATHER'S PIE 
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can mushroom pieces
1 can beef gravy
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 lb. ground beef
6 servings prepared instant mashed potatoes
Butter

Saute onions, celery and mushrooms in butter. Add ground beef. Drain fat as you cook. Cook until done and drain well. Add beef gravy and stir well. Place in 9x13 inch baking dish.

Prepare mashed potatoes according to box directions. Spread over meat mixture and seal the sides to prevent gravy from bubbling onto potatoes. Cover potatoes with cheese and cook until bubbly. Bake at 350 degrees. Serves 6.
