DILLY CASSEROLE BREAD 
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. dill seed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. plain flour
1 c. cottage cheese
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water

Combine all except yeast and water, cheese and flour. Heat cheese to lukewarm and add to mixture. Mix yeast and warm water. Add to mixture. Gradually add flour, beating well each time. Should form stiff dough. Cover and let rise in warm place about 1 hour or until about double in size. Stir and turn into large well-greased casserole.

Let rise again, about 30-45 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes until well browned. Brush with butter and sprinkle with salt while hot. Very good with spaghetti.
