SPECIAL CHICKEN 
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. Worcestershire
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground ginger (opt.)
1 lb. boneless chicken, cut in 1/2" cubes
2 c. broccoli
2 c. celery
2 c. sliced carrots
Bean sprouts or any other Chinese vegetable

Marinate chicken in first 5 ingredients for about 1/2 to 1 hour. Heat about 2 tablespoons oil in pan. Drain chicken and keep liquid. Fry chicken about 3 minutes. Add vegetables and cook until crisp not limp. Add marinate and 1/2 cup cashews or jumbo peanuts. Cook until thick. Serve over rice. More liquid may need to be added. Serves 4.
