LEMON CHESS PIE 
4 eggs, well beaten
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. lemon juice
4 tbsp. butter
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornmeal
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. grated lemon peel
1 unbaked pie shell

Mix all ingredients together well and pour into a 9 inch unbaked pie shell.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
