LEMON CHESS PIE 
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. cornmeal
4 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. melted butter
4 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/4 c. lemon juice

Heat oven to 375°F. Mix together sugar, flour and cornmeal. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into pie crust and bake 35 - 45 minutes until golden brown on top.
