1 c. UNCLE BEN'S® rice
1/2 c. Italian salad dressing
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 c. shredded spinach
1/2 c. chopped scallions
1/2 c. chopped celery
Bacon bits

Cook rice according to package directions. When done, transfer to bowl and cool. Add dressing and soy sauce to rice and mix. Before serving, add remaining ingredients.
