PEAR SHERBET 
2 lg. ripe pears
1/2 c. low fat milk
3 tsp. sugar substitute

Dice pears into half inch cubes and spread in a single layer. Quick- freeze, uncovered, in the coldest part of the freezer. Put the frozen cubes in a blender or a food processor fitted with steel blade. Add the milk and sugar substitute a little at a time; process quickly, just until mixture resembles soft-serve frozen custard. Makes 4 servings.
