CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE 
1 1/2 c. finely crushed Oreo cookies
2-3 tbsp. butter, melted
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. mini chocolate chips
1 tsp. flour

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine cookie crumbs and butter. Press firmly on bottom of spring form pan. In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth, add eggs and vanilla; mix well. In a small bowl toss 1/2 cup chips with flour to coat. Stir into cheese mixture. Pour onto cookie crust. Sprinkle remaining chips on top. Bake 1 hour or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Turn oven off and leave door open with cake in oven for 1 hour. Remove to wire rack and let cool 2-3 hours before releasing spring form hinge. Chill thoroughly.
