CHINESE BLACK MUSHROOM SOUP 
Several dried black mushrooms
1 lg. can chicken broth
1 c. sliced water chestnuts
1 c. diced celery
2 tbsp. lite soy sauce
1 bunch green onions (sliced diagonally)

Bring chicken broth to simmer. Soak mushrooms in warm water, 1/2 hour; drain well. Slice into pieces. Add other ingredients. Just before serving, sprinkle onions on to top.
