ANN HOWELL'S SOUP 
1 1/2 or 2 lb. stew beef, cooked in pressure cooker
2 cans tomatoes, run through blender
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 c. catsup
3 frozen pkg. vegetables
2 tsp. sugar
3 med. onions
Parsley
1/4 c. rice
Celery seed

Cook meat and 1 cup water in pressure cooker for 15 minutes or until tender. After meat is cooked, add rest of ingredients and simmer on top of stove 1 hour or more.
