ASPARAGUS WITH ONION BUTTER 
2 lbs. fresh asparagus (cooked and drained) or 2 (10 oz.) pkg. of frozen asparagus, prepared
1/3 c. Lipton Onion Butter, melted (recipe below)
1 c. diced Mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Arrange asparagus in an 8-inch baking dish. Drizzle with onion butter; sprinkle with cheeses and bake for ten minutes, or until cheese is melted.

Excellent with toasted cracker or bread crumbs on top.

LIPTON ONION BUTTER:

1 envelope of Lipton onion soup mix
1/2 lb. butter, softened

Blend onion soup mix with butter; makes 1- 1/4 cups.
