ARTICHOKE DIP 
2 lg. cans artichoke hearts packed in water
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Romano cheese
4-5 cloves crushed garlic

Squeeze water out of artichokes and cut into cubes. Mix with mayonnaise, cheese and garlic. Put into buttered casserole and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees or 10 minutes in microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
