ARTICHOKE DIP 
2 sm. jars artichoke hearts
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Drain artichoke hearts. Chop finely. Add mayonnaise and cheese. Stir until well blended. Heat for 1-1 1/2 minutes on high in a microwave. Stir. It is best served warm on crackers. Refrigerate leftovers - may be reheated.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
