ARTICHOKE CHILE DIP 
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can green chile peppers, rinsed, seeded, and chopped
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
Tortilla chips and bread sticks

Combine the chopped artichoke hearts, chopped chile peppers, cheese, and mayonnaise. Turn mixture into an 8-inch round baking dish. Bake in a 350 degree oven about 20 minutes or until heated through. Serve warm with tortilla chips and bread sticks. Makes about 2 2/3 cups.
