1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
1 egg, well beaten
1 c. pecans, chopped

Mix together and mash in a 9"x13" greased and floured pan.

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temp.
1 stick butter, room temp.
2 eggs, well beaten
1 box confectioners' sugar

Blend cream cheese, eggs and butter well; add sugar. Pour over other mixture and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cool completely before cutting.
