CHEESE CAKE 
30 graham crackers
1 stick butter
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
1/2 lb. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 lg. can Pet milk, chilled

Add boiling water to Jello and put in refrigerator until starts to congeal; meanwhile melt butter and mix with crushed graham crackers. Press 3/4 of mixture onto bottom of pan; set aside remaining crumbs.

Cream Philadelphia cheese with sugar; when Jello has started to congeal, whip until light and frothy. Add cheese mix and whip together until well blended. Whip Pet milk until it stand in peaks. (Have beaters, bowl and milk well chilled for best results.) Add cheese Jello mixture to whipped milk. Mix well. Pour on cracker crumbs and sprinkle remaining crumbs over top. Chill several hours.
