CALZONES 
2 mounds bread dough (pizza dough preferred)
2 lg. containers ricotta cheese
2 lg. pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 lb. thinly sliced ham, pepperoni, sausage or broccoli
1 jar spaghetti sauce

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Makes 4 individual size Calzones.

For each Calzone: Roll out 1/2 mound of dough into circle on floured surface. Place 1/2 container of ricotta cheese on 1/2 of circle. Place 1/2 package of mozzarella on top of ricotta. Lay slices of meat or vegetable on top of mozzarella. Pull empty half of dough over cheese and items and firmly press the edges to seal. Pinch a small opening on top of Calzone (to prevent explosion).

Place Calzones on cookie sheets and into oven for 20 minutes or until light brown. Remove from oven and spoon generous portions heated sauce over Calzones. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and serve.
