CHICKEN DIVAN 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. broccoli
2 c. sliced, cooked chicken (about 3 breasts or more, boned)
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 oz. grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 c. bacon flavored crackers, crushed
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1 sm. jar pimiento (opt.)

Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain well. Arrange 1 cup of crackers in bottom of greased 12"x7"x2" baking dish. Top with cooked and drained broccoli, then sliced chicken. Combine soup, mayonnaise, curry powder and lemon juice. Pour over the chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with remaining crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until heated thoroughly. Garnish with pimiento if desired. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
