BEST EVER PUMPKIN BREAD 
2 c. pumpkin
1/2 c. oil
2 c. white sugar
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. pumpkin spice
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. nuts
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. raisins

Mix all together beating until smooth. Fill (greased and floured) 1 pound coffee can half full. Bake 1 hour 30 minutes in preheated 350 degree oven. Excellent for freezing.
