PICKLING PIG CAKE | |
1 box Duncan Hines butter cake mix 1 sm. can Mandarin oranges, chopped (with juice) 1/2 c. Crisco oil 4 eggs 1/2 c. or more coconut ICING: 1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip 1 can crushed pineapple with juice 1 (3 3/4 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding mix Mix cake ingredients all together and beat with electric mixer. Pour into 3 layer pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes, no longer. Cool. Mix crushed pineapple and instant pudding together. Fold in thawed Cool Whip. Spread over cake and sprinkle with coconut. Cover and refrigerate until well chilled. |
