CHICKEN PASTA 
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
6 oz. egg noodles
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. green onions
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 pkg. Italian dressing mix
6 oz. frozen peas, thawed
2 med. tomatoes, chopped

Cook noodles according to directions on package, drain and set aside. Saute chicken and cut into small cubes. Combine chicken, lemon juice, vegetable oil, onions, sugar and Italian dressing mix. Toss hot pasta into the above. Add peas and tomatoes. Toss well. Serve hot, or chill 30 minutes. Serves 4-6.
