1 1/4 c. applesauce
2 eggs
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. milk
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix eggs, applesauce, sugar, cooking oil and milk together. Sift flour, soda, baking powder, salt, nutmeg and allspice. Add to other mixture. Add nuts. Pour into greased pan.

Mix:

1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Spread on bread. Bake 350 degrees for one hour or until done.
