PRALINES AND CREAM PIE 
1 c. evaporated milk
4 eggs
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. packed light brown sugar
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 c. pecans, coarsely chopped
1 unbaked 9" pie crust
Whipped cream

1. In blender combine milk, eggs, butter, sugars, flour and vanilla. Blend until smooth.

2. Stir in pecans.

3. Pour into pie crust.

4. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.

5. Cool completely before cutting. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

6. Serve with whipped cream.
