HOT CHILI SALSA 
1 lg. onion, diced
2 c. diced hot peppers
3 c. diced green pepper
5 lbs. tomatoes, peeled & cut up
3 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. vinegar

Mix all ingredients together and simmer about 2 to 4 hours (the longer it simmers the thicker it gets). Fill hot jars and seal. 6 to 8 pints.
