1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tbsp. honey
salt and pepper
1 pkg. cole slaw mix

Whisk together oil, vinegar and honey. Place cole slaw mix in medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Pour vinaigrette over mix and toss lightly to coat; cover. Refrigerate.

Makes 4 servings.
