ELBOWS AND CHICKEN 
2 c. uncooked macaroni
1/4 c. butter, divided
1 lb. boneless cooked chicken
2 tsp. chicken flavor bouillon
2 c. sm. fresh broccoli florets
1 med. onion, cut into sm. pieces
1 c. sliced carrots, cooed or 1 can drained
1/2 c. frozen peas, thawed
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. shredded American cheese

Cook macaroni; drain. In a medium skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter; add cooked chicken, bouillon, broccoli, onion, carrots, flour, and milk. After warm, add peas, cheese until melted then macaroni. Put in microwave for 10 minutes or in oven at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Serves 6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
