CHRISTMAS SALAD 
12 oz. bag cranberries, finely chopped
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 c. Cool Whip, thawed

Mix together cranberries, sugar, pineapple and nuts. Add cream cheese; mix well. Fold in whipped topping. Pour in a lightly oiled 6 1/2 cup mold or round mixing bowl. Freeze overnight. Take out and let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes. Turn out on pretty dish. Put a few cranberries on top.
