SWEET'N'SPICY CHICKEN 
1 c. sliced onions
2 chicken breast (6 oz. ea.), skinned
3 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. each apple cider vinegar and freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp. light or dark molasses
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. hot sauce

In 8 x 8 x 2 inch microwavable baking dish arrange onions; set chicken breasts, skinned-side up over onions. Cover with vented plastic and microwave on High (100%) for 5 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.

In small mixing bowl combine remaining ingredients; spread over chicken breasts. Microwave on High for 2 minutes until sauce is heated through.

MAKES 2 SERVINGS.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
