SCALLOPED OYSTERS 
2 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Dash of mace
1 pt. oysters with liquid

Combine crackers, cheese, salt, mace and butter. Put half of mixture in greased pan. Fork on oysters, add liquid. Top with remaining cracker mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
